- Oversee daily construction needs and support the management team.
- In charge of performance management of subcontractors and field staff.
- Work with project managers and design professionals on schedule, change orders, & RFI's.
- BS in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, ideally in life sciences preferred.
- Prior experience in Commercial, Multifamily, and Mixed-use Real Estate.
- Proficient with MS Office 365, MS Team, Word, and Excel.
- Maintain the ability to work in a high production environment.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent supervisory communication and organizational skills.
- Accuracy at all times.
