Position: Freelance Marketing Consultant (Healthcare / Pharma)Location: Fully Remote/Off-siteStarts: ASAPDuration: 9/30, possibly longerStatus: FreelanceRate: DOEOur Pharmaceutical client is currently seeking a senior-level Marketing Consultant from a Healthcare / Pharma background. Obesity category experience is a huge plus.This is a remote role and will be 40 hours per week. This project starts immediately for the right person and will go through Sept. 30 possibly longer. Once the office is open, there is the option to work onsite 1-2 days a week, but it's not mandatory. Their offices are located in Princeton, NJThe Marketing Consultant will be responsible for:- Overseeing the Obesity Patient Program- Overseeing and managing external agencies (sales training, PR / communications, marketing)- Responsible for day to day marketing activities for disease awareness campaigns- Ability to make strategic decisions and execute tactics- This role will be 60% executional and 40% strategy- Cross functional collaboration and coordination with team members in various departments such as communications, media relations, and HCP marketing team- Experience managing Multi channel programs- Working on unbranded and branded campaignsMarketing Consultant Projects:- Overseeing the Obesity Patient Ambassadors- Managing the Obesity program- Onboarding new patients into the program- Approval of patient messaging and training materials- Integration of patients into brand materials for launch promotion - Overseeing execution of tactics such as videos, social media, Facebook live events with patient ambassadors- Helping with Partnership programs- Execution of marketing messaging that will be carried through partnership communication- Support for partnership tactical execution (social, TV, media)The IDEAL Marketing Consultant will have:- 10+ years of Marketing experience in Healthcare / Pharmaceutical- Obesity category experience is a huge plus but not a must- Product Marketing experience, specifically Consumer marketing- Partnerships experience- Experience with pharma regulatory reviews (you will be joining these meetings as it relates to program materials)- Understanding of Veeva and the regulatory process- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and TEAMS- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to collaborate cross functionally- Experience working with and managing agencies- Strong executional / tactical skills- Ability to think strategically and execute- Highly professional and reliable- Passion for the Healthcare / Pharmaceutical industrySubmit resume (and samples if applicable) to:
