- You'll process both internal and external customer requests make outbound calls to follow up on questions or errors, and take calls from internal Associates for special handling requests.
- You'll be responsible for taking and receiving customer and business partner calls and processing internal work and customer requests. You must be able to transition quickly from processing work to answering questions.
- At least 2 years customer service experience in the financial services institution
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients
- Excellent Team Player
- Strong computer application skills such as Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
