Our great client in Downtown Milwaukee has an immediate opening for a Microsoft Product Owner. If you are interested please apply with resume to . We are looking for a product owner to lead the daily work of our Productivity Experience team. This team is responsible for the management, administration, reliability, performance and security of Productivity tools such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform and a variety of tools in the Microsoft 365 platform. This is a key role that aligns and integrates the voice-of-the-business with the work of our engineering team. What's the role?
- Prioritize and maintain the team backlog of sprint work
- Drive daily work of the endpoint engineering team to meet sprint delivery commitments
- Anticipate and identify potential sprint cycle issues and develop solutions to address them
- Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospective meetings
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of business needs and opportunities addressed by the product
- Foster data-driven decision-making by researching, acquiring and leveraging data on user needs, behaviors and experiences
- Write product use cases and user stories and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
- Act as the voice-of-the-customer to the team
- Work cross-functionally with other product owners, product managers, engineering managers, designers and engineers to define requirements for current sprints
- Responsible for accepting the team's user stories as complete; validating that they meet defined acceptance criteria
- Participate in program backlog refinement and preparation for planning events
- Provide input to product vision, strategy and roadmaps through collaboration with the domain product manager and engineering manager
- Strong technical knowledge and successful track record with management and administration of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business. Power Platform and other M365 technologies are nice to haves.
