We are looking for someone to add to our dealership here in Ellensburg WA. We are interviewing individuals who can assist in creating and organizing sales for the Sales Division. This candidate would work with and supervise automotive sales professionals to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met or exceeded. Growing sales, maximizing profit and internet growth is our focus.

If you have a knack for making the right decisions, leadership skills come naturally to you, and if people come to you for results and a smile, then you would make an excellent Sales Manager for our dealership. We are a family oriented business that values each employee and every customer.

REQUIREMENTS

Automotive sales manager experience necessary

Demonstrated leadership abilities

Solid supervisory skills

Superior communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license
