- Work with Data Engineers, Developers, DBA's as part of Database Design and Development
- Develop and maintain Enterprise Data Models for Enterprise wide Data Initiatives
- Developing and enforcing data modeling standards and best practices
- Data Architect will be responsible for the mapping of data sources, data movement, interfaces, and analytics, with the goal of ensuring data quality
- Collaborate with project managers, address data related problems in regards to systems integration and compatibility, as well as act as a leader for coaching, training and providing support for the development team
- Responsible for designing and delivering Flexible & Performant Databases which align with Business Goals
- Help in developing Enterprise wide guidelines/standards for Database Design
- Works with Data Engineers, DBA's as part of Database Design and Development
- Work with Solution Architects to develop Data Integration/Data Processing Flows
- Develop and maintain Enterprise Data Models for Enterprise Class Data Initiatives
- Support Teams in Development effort if needed
- Work with Development Teams to understand and make recommendations on Proposed Database Structures and Data Flows
- Data Analysis- Strong SQL skills and data profiling
- Comfortable with Informatica or similar data profiling tool
- Strong knowledge of leading concepts in Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Stewardship
- Strong knowledge on data profiling, data standardization, transformation, cleansing and best practices to apply on high volume data
- Strong business acumen that enables the ability to develop strategy, process capabilities, and enabling database technologies
- Expert Level working knowledge of Database Design and Data Modeling Principles
- Financial Services Industry knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team and management
- Current with industry trends, IT ops and industry best practices, and able to identify the ones we should implement
- Time management skills, with the capability to prioritize and multitask as needed to collaborate and work with multiple teams
- Solid team player and excellent troubleshooting skills, proactively work on the issues and should be a self-starter
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
