- Infrastructure Engineering leads all aspects of design, deployment, installation, testing and verification of all Infrastructure Solutions related to his/her area of expertise, under the direction of the Manager
- Evaluates existing systems to ensure they offer adequate security and are effectively meeting the needs of the organization.
- Make sure the system is working and make adjustments or recommend enhancements in systems to existing problems and improve the effectiveness of the Infrastructure domain.
- Will do a lot of data validation
- Communication System Manager experience
- Writing SQL queries
- 5+ years of experience with
- Telecommunications experience (does not have to be Charter)
- Excellent communication
- Experience routing calls
- Handling 4-5 phone systems at a time
