- Create and maintain deliverables, milestones, tracking, KPIs and mitigation plans with dynamism, rigor and timeliness.
- Manage execution and support operational delivery of the Tech Makeover pillar of the program.
- Communications
- Manage cross-team communications, engaging key stakeholders as necessary
- Maintain contact list across HQ, Divisions and Regions
- Reporting
- Monitor, track and report KPIs at a defined cadence
- Present insights based on the data
- Integrated program execution
- Leverage cross-program views to drive efficiencies to optimize resources, utilization, and funding
- Manage critical decision points
- Communicate risks and opportunities proactively
- Manage end-to-end project plans and tasks
- Fulfillment operations
- Manage and update process flows and operational playbooks as necessary
- Execute and manage the application vetting and data validation process
- Execute and manage the equipment ordering process
- Partner to lead improvement initiatives and facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams
- Provide troubleshooting support to the region
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years in a professional service and/or consulting industry managing delivery of customer engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology
- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and order provisioning
- Project management certification is a plus
- Expert level proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail across all aspects of a project
- Demonstrated success managing complex programs with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Proven track record working with and influencing cross-functional teams, as well as establishing an internal network of relationships to drive results
