Summary:

Responsible for the oversight and operational success of multiple programs under the umbrella of the Greater Columbia 211 department including the Yakima-based contact center serving sixteen counties in eastern Washington, WA211 led projects, the Basic Food Outreach Program, and other projects that focus on the Social Determinants of Health. This position will provide front-line monitoring and management of processes, budgets, and deliverables for the 211 team.

This position will also be responsible for tracking progress on and ensuring administrative compliance with identified contracts and grant projects and will facilitate adoption of best practices to improve department efficiency and responsiveness to both internal and external customers and to inform strategic decision-making.

Salary: $53,560 - $69,888 DOE plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements:

B.A./B.S. in Business Administration, Public Administration or a Human Services related field.

Minimum of three years working experience for a community action agency or an organization with similar objectives.

At least 1-3 years experience successfully managing complex administrative and business processes and tasks, preferably in a non-profit or government agency.

Strong technical and data analysis skills.

Experience with compliance for federal, state, and local contracts a plus.

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing and passing a Pre-employment Drug Screen, a Washington State Patrol Background Check and/or National Background Check, Reference Checks and other required documents
