- Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Agile Team ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, and enabling continuous improvement within the team
- This role ensures the impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows their agreed-to processes, and that there is a good relationship between the Product Owner and the development team
- Support Enterprise Technology Infrastructure teams in delivering value in line with their Development partners
- Successfully manage expectations and do everything possible to support the Technology Infrastructure Teams in delighting their partners and customers
- Ensure team metrics and outcomes are transparent and used to enable data driven decision
- Guide the team on how to apply Agile Principles and utilize Lean-Agile Scrum and/or Kanban practices
- Create and manage documentation/repositories in order to help educate the broader Technology Infrastructure community
- Manage and help resolve impediments, escalating issues beyond the team's control
- Facilitate cross functional discussions, enable decision making and navigate conflict resolution
- Promoting continuous improvement by ensuring retrospective and operational review items land in the backlog and have a clear ownership
- Facilitate Scrum or Kanban team ceremonies / routines including Planning, Daily Standups, Operational or Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Assess Lean-Agile maturity and ensure that the team works at a sustainable pace and respects WIP limits
- Supporting the Product Owner or Service Owner on Refinement/Intake sessions and ensuring a healthy backlog
- Establish an environment of trust and transparency and lead by example
- Guide the team to explore and apply other Lean-Agile & DevOps engineering approaches
- May support up to 2-3 teams concurrently (based on maturity)

- Coachable and open to feedback
- Education and experience in the Scrum Master and Kanban SDM role
- Can attentively apply Lean-Agile principles, practices and theory in everything we do
- Pragmatic ability to apply servant leadership (putting the team before self)
- Robust facilitation skills and situational awareness
- Experience in developing working agreements and policies including Definition of Done
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Jira and Confluence configuration and management
- Ability to drive continuous improvement through transparency and learning
- Exhibits a continuous learner mindset and is comfortable when faced with complex problems
- Understanding of Technology Infrastructure or Engineering context for overall Systems Development or Software Development Lifecycle
- Some experience designing hosting solutions for applications in an internal or public cloud platform preferred
- Strong navigation skills and organizational awareness

- Certified in SAFe Scaled Agile for Scrum Masters preferred
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
