Experience working with stakeholders to understand requirements, data sets, key success criteria, and issues which can be solved using reporting and analytics.Job Description:The HR Reporting Analyst is a member of the HRMS team responsible for partnering with HR and the business to deliver reporting solutions, develop metrics and dashboards, and enable business insights.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Work with business stakeholders to design and develop operational HR reports by eliciting and documenting scope, processes, and requirements. Educate and train business users to use delivered reports, dashboards and connect to data while also providing best practices and design guidance to achieve data-driven decisions.
  • Design and develop SAP SuccessFactors operational reports and support build-out of standard, user-friendly HR reporting portfolio. Partner with stakeholders within HR and across business functions. Leverage best practice technology solutions to create dashboards to visualize data using Reporting Center, WFA, and People Analytics.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, data sets, key success criteria, and issues which can be solved using analytics and/or data science techniques and provide accurate estimate. Develop rapid prototyping to facilitate requirements and design discussions.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents reported by users. Identify opportunities to automate, consolidate and simplify reporting.
Critical Competencies/Behaviors:
  • 3+ years hands-on reporting design and development experience with SAP SuccessFactors suite
  • Problem solver and innovator. Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes, propose Reporting and Analytics solutions as part of overall business process improvement.
  • Extensive experience in understanding People data, reporting design and development as well as working on different data integrations projects to translate complex data from multiple data sources into coherent reports and dashboards to highlight key themes, findings, and business implications.
  • Build and publish customized interactive reports and dashboards using WFA, Advanced Reporting, Canvas reports, and People Analytics.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR processes and experience with HR data models to be able to group, filter and join data tables to have simple reports
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, and customer focus
  • Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries and dashboards required
  • Cross-module development and data integration between multiple varying data sources
Preferred Skills:
  • Training in other modules of SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite
  • Project management experience and ability to maintain project timelines, track, collate and prioritize requests in an organized manner
  • Understanding of statistics and mathematical techniques to solve real business problems using Excel macros and VBA Programming languages such as SQL, Python and R
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
