Bud Tender

We are seeking Full Time/Part Time budtenders to become a part of our Fire House team.

Looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, knowledgeable staff member. Our number one priority at The Fire House is customer service. Above all, we are looking for an individual who is dedicated to ensuring a great experience for each person that comes through our doors. This position requires an ability to retain large amounts of new information, and convey it to our clientele efficiently on a daily basis. We want to provide reliable, trustworthy service to those within our community. It is imperative that we continue to bring a positive attitude into our establishment.

Requirements:

21 years of age or older

Previous cannabis industry experience (preferred)

Customer service experience

Flexible schedule

Will work holidays

Strong attention to detail and social awareness

Ability to adapt to new information

Must be able to work on their feet for 6-7 hour shifts

Must be able to pass background check

High School Diploma or GED equivalency

Duties:

Greeting customers and/or patients

Assessing the needs of the customer

Educate oneself on cannabis products and trends

Willing to educate oneself on current LCB laws and regulations

Maintain a sense of urgency when assisting customers

We expect our staff to be able to handle a range of tasks

o ID Checking

o Cash handling

o Interaction with customers

o Labeling

o Restocking

o Display maintenance and design

o Maintain a clean environment inside and outside of the store

Work includes: Week days/ Weekends/ Holidays
