Local Yakima company is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant. We have been a strong business in the valley for over 60 years, manufacturing and delivering premium packaging and food service equipment throughout the US and internationally. Duties as required:

- Create/edit machine specifications & intercompany change orders

-Create customer invoices and manage account

- Work with customers to ensure timely return of paperwork and products

-Work with Sales staff, Engineering, Accounting & Operations to create a streamline equipment planning process

Required skills and experience:

- High School Diploma or equivalency

- Proficiency with standard office equipment and software: PC, Microsoft Office, telephone, copier, scanner,

internet, etc.

- Excellent written communication skills

-Excellent verbal communication skills (will be working with customer base)

-Ability to multi task and be highly organized

Preferred skills (not required):

- Ability to speak Spanish

-Accounting basics

-Office/Admin

-Sales experience
