Field Engineer / Desktop Support Analyst

- Capability to troubleshoot basic computer problems such as OS settings and network connectivity
- Be able to clearly articulate any issues encountered during the Network Access Control implementation to the Network Team and Infrastructure Teams
- Follow testing guidelines provided by Network Team during NAC implementation and report a clear pass or fail status
- Could work overnight and weekends as per project demands
