- Must Have a Server and Mass storage Break/Fix experience
- Experience in both laptop ad desktop break/fix
- Must have a Field experience
- A+ Comptia Certification is a plus
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Break fix repair of Industry standard servers (HPE & Dell), blades, storage and networking equipment. Working with various teams in the data center environment to schedule service outages, repairs, and validations, and inventory control and the associated paperwork. Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local Unisys team.
- Background in Server and /or Storage repairs, Data center experience as plus
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive Attitude and mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting complex.
- Specific Server and Storage training will be provided
- Learn and retain proprietary processes.
