Senior Executive Business Partner to be the supportive force that empowers and enables our Leadership team to focus on all that they need to execute. The ideal person for the job will be a team player who is eager to learn with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/She will have previous experience working for multiple executives in a team environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management. Responsibilities:Support the General Manager of Personal Loans and 2-3 Senior Directors on the team. As well as provide support to the extended team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficientlyReview and manage multiple complex calendars based on executive leadership and team priorities while anticipating conflicts and solving scheduling issues promptly and proactivelyManage attendees, agenda, meeting notes, action items for internal meetings and follow up on actions items as needed.Create decks for monthly team meetings as well as for weekly core team meetings with coordination with presentersOwn logistics for both internal and external meetings for Executives and as requested for team members. These will include partner meetings at partner site, partner onsite meetings, department monthly and weekly staff meetings, including securing conference rooms, meeting set up and catering food as neededPlan, coordinate and execute team building events (virtual and in-person), happy hours, offsites, holiday dinners etc.Manage and coordinate complex travel arrangements and accommodations while adhering to company policies.Prepare and submit expense reports in Concur in a timely mannerCommunicate effectively with executive leadership on calendar strategyCollaborate effectively with other EBPs across the organization on high level projects and company wide eventsMaintain strict confidentiality in every aspect of roleAbility to work autonomously and implement process with minimal direction Qualifications5+ years of experience supporting GM level executives and their extended teamsExperience supporting multiple leaders/teams at the same timeProactively and consistently demonstrates drive and capacity to work through ambiguoundefined problems with little or no directionPartners and collaborates effectively with the team and cross functional leads to improve productivityFlexible team player with a can do attitude - covering for urgent items as needed as well as supporting other Executive Business PartnerStrong interpersonal skills and can work well with different personalities in the organizationExcellent written and verbal communication and can edit work for spelling and grammarExtremely organized and conscientious while gracefully managing shifting priorities and ambiguityOperates with a strong sense of urgency, efficiency, and focus on timelinessProficient with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, Concur and Cloud-based systemsExperience in fast-paced, ever-changing tech environmentAbility to build relationships across the organization and interact with all levels of managementCalendar support for 4 senior leaders - internal and external meetingsProject managementTeam supportAssistance with meeting facilitationAssistance with slides for meetingsProactive communication
