RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client based in Boston, MA is looking for a Software Administration Manager in the financial space. This is a for a contract to hire opportunity. This project will start as a 6-month contract and expected to convert (based on performance!) This role is open candidates who are willing to work in the San Francisco, CA/or Boston, MA office starting out as remote.Summary:The Software Administration Manager is responsible for administering and overseeing several of our clients key banking systems to ensure that employees have appropriate and relevant system access.Duties: Manage the administration and setup of the company's critical software applications Manage the employee onboarding process ensuring new users are setup with access required Manage the employee offboarding process ensuring access is deleted timely when users leave the company Manage the employee access movement process ensuring changes are appropriately procured, documented, and executed whenever employees shift roles Manage system downtime or errors with software vendors; Communicate occurrences to end users Manage credential reset processes for non-SSO systems Be an advisor and liaison to other company departments on user permissions Create and manage user access and permissions templates Create, manage, and adhere to procedures Assist with the software asset management program Perform regular reviews of system and user permissions Train end users on application admin-owned systems where available Assist with basic system troubleshooting duties Be a change management facilitator and owner Perform regularly scheduled user permission attestations Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures, especially information security and technology to regulatory and info security principles Participate in the Company's Change Management Group Participate in audit activities and audit remediation plansREQUIREMENTS: You have strong risk management skills and a keen attention to detail You like to collaborate across different lines of business and can make risk-based recommendations and decisions You have a passion for technology are all about leveraging it to continuously improve processes Clear and concise communication skills are a mustKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
