Position: Digital DesignerLocation: WFH FlexibleStarts: JuneDuration: Possible Full TimeStatus: Full TimeRate: DOEOur lifestyle product brand is looking for a Digital Designer to join their team!The ideal Digital Designer will have experience in the eCommerce/CPG space in driving the future of brands through digital advertising, emails, paid social, online content, landing pages, and style guides for the web.Digital Designer Responsibilities:• Lead designer on all digital advertising, emails, paid social, online content, landing pages and style guide for web• Design mobile and desktop product experiences for a multitude of user experiences from concept to execution• Translate insights from user studies into meaningful user flows that create exceptional user experiences • Produce high quality design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, infographics, and renders• Actively collaborate with product, engineering and development partners and adapting your designs to emerging constraints and stakeholder feedback to ensure implementation matches specifications• Deliver and maintain design specifications across many different mediums: desktop and mobileDigital Designer Requirements: • 4-6 years of experience as a digital designer• Experience designing responsive layouts for desktop, mobile web and apps that exhibit excellent use of information architecture, layout, color and imagery • Ability to function independently and in a team environment with solid collaboration skills• Interest in looking outside the existing toolbox - comfortable evolving with the ever-changing landscape• A strong written and verbal communicator that can effectively communicate to all levels in the organization • A collaborator who can take feedback in stride but also be able to push back respectfully as needed• Experience with Sketch, Principle, Invision, or Pixate for user testing and demonstration of animation and user flowsSubmit resume (and samples if applicable) to:
