Property Manager Position

We are seeking a full-time Property Manager to become a part of our low income housing community at the Senator Apartments in Downtown Yakima! This is a very small team and we are looking for motivated individuals who are self starters and have the desire to learn and grow within their position.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all property management activities

Supervise and train property staff

Update and maintain property appearance

Investigate and resolve resident complaints

Basic Office and maintenance skills required Qualifications
