IT Field TechnicianJob Duties Include:
Image and re-image of laptop and desktop systems utilizing automated tools.Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting for refurbishment of systems.Install and setup various computer peripherals which may include items like printersand scanners.Work with System Administrators in testing and preparing changes to systems.Following prepared instructions for connecting systems to the active directorydomain and to the IT automation system. Basic Qualifications:Minimum high school or equivalent education required; 2-year college degree preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related field.Minimum of basic-level Microsoft Certification or relevant PC Tech Certification.Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to focus on results, quality and satisfaction.Solid technical backgroundHealthcare experience a plus.Valid Florida driver's license and auto liability insurance required.
