Job Description
RN, LPN, QMA, or CNA license is required- This position will primarily deal with nurse scheduling
- Will also be responsible for staffing and orientation
- Will report to the Director of Nursing
- This position is responsible for collaborating with the DON and other members of the nursing management team to ensure schedules are created and managed to meet the staffing needs of the patients
Marginal Functions:
1.Prepare Nursing schedule.
2.Turnover log
3.Staffing hours
4.Orientation hours
5.Supply cabinet order nursing forms
6.Payroll forms
7.Attendance forms (call-offs, tardiness, free days, etc.)
8.450 Bs
9.Keep phone list on unit updated
10.Keep scheduling request forms available for staff
11.Keep schedule updated in breakroom daily
12.Monitor food consumption records, Patient care records, and restraint sheets
13.All other duties assigned to you by your supervisor
Qualifications
RN, LPN, QMA, or CNA license is required- Prior direct care experience preferred
- Prior experience scheduling is preferred but not required
