Senior Quality Manager SUMMARYPlans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and directs maintenance of internal quality systems and quality processes. The Sr. Quality Engineer communicates corrective actions to the customer, establishes effective containment, and verifies corrective action effectiveness.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Establish and maintain system for statistical reporting of product compliance.
- Supervises the internal audit process.
- Supervises and evaluates plant quality personnel performance
- Supervises the product and process activity
- Supervises and maintains the corrective action system
- Maintains associated budgets
- Supervises the internal audit process
- Supervises the warranty and return sales activity
- Prepares management and customer reports
- Supervises the inspection laboratory
- Maintains and follows all system procedures and policies
- Other duties may also be assigned required
- Quality Engineers
- Product/process Auditors
- CMM Technicians
- Minimum of B.S. Degree (Engineering or Business Preferred)
- Five years minimum quality supervisory experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
- ASQ certification (Preferred)
