With this recent and ongoing growth, new opportunities have opened for our printer/QC operator position. As a printer/QC operator, you will be responsible for: the safe and efficient operation of inkjet helical printing equipment, QC, and packaging of finished product, keeping attention to detail while operating at a fast pace, as well as making small adjustments, or minor repairs, to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation.
Responsibilities:
Operation of inkjet helical printing equipment
Final product quality inspection, assembly and packaging
Meeting and recording daily production goals on time
Safely complete periodic changeovers on printing equipment
Constant monitoring and reporting of product quality
Troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Helping other departments as needed
Report directly to the Production Supervisor
Qualifications:
Ability to pass mandatory drug screenings
Ability to maintain excellent attendance
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Detail oriented
Proficient with hand tools
Mechanically inclined
Excellent communication skills within all departments and any visitors on the production floor
Forklift experience (preferred)
2-years manufacturing experience (preferred)
Lock out Tag out experience (preferred)
Willing and able to learn and grow with an ever-changing industry while maintaining a positive attitude
2nd Shift Monday-Friday
