Overall Business: This is a new business outreach group that reaches out to Providers (physicians and clinics) that Optum wants them to be a part of their network or potentially acquire that practice. Those prospects go into this group's Salesforce instance as a new lead and they lead and manage the marketing outreach. Once converted they also manage the contracted physicians from an operations perspective. Also, if they are converted then the go back into their system as a client but this group is also still tracking from a stand-point of trying to garner their exclusive business or at least to limit the other payers they work with. This Product Analyst will be focused on the marketing outreach side of this group so a marketing background is a plus but Salesforce is #1. This is a true product analyst (writing user stories and creating conceptual wireframes to share with stakeholders and dev team to drive changes), but also needs min.3-5 years working with Salesforce from a technical perspective. We are not looking for a Salesforce Admin. A couple other systems / tools that are part of the prospecting and conversion process: Apptus & Conga (not required) Required Skills : Requirements Focus will be Marketing, Data, and Call Center for Providers / marketing background preferred but not required (a plus) Needs hands-on with Salesforce: Sales and Service Cloud o Not doing Admin activities more intensive activities They are always building and writing user stories Have offshore testers and dev team so this person will be working with them Needs to understand SFDC example of day-tp-day: This person is talking about an integrations so we will like need an ETL, we will have to map data fields, know how the two systems interact, know that there is an API required, be able to engage with Architect to hash it all out, then write the user stories Know platform and how it works from a config perspective, meet with PO or Arch to help design it and create user story PA will support marketing Basic Qualification : Additional Skills : Background Check :Yes Drug Screen :Yes Notes :Product Analyst = Business Analyst Will be 100% Remote Selling points for candidate : Project Verification Info : Candidate must be your W2 Employee :Yes Face to face interview required :No Candidate must be local :No Candidate must be authorized to work without sponsorship ::No Interview times set :Yes Type of project :Assessment/Analysis Master Job Title :Misc: Non-Technical Branch Code :Minneapolis
