Night Ward/Case Manager

Part time, or fulltime,position available in Transitional Housing Program

providing bed checks and support on graveyard shift for homeless and post

incarcerated clients affected by substance abuse and HIV/AIDS. Essential duties

include providing bed checks, completing urinalysis test and providing sober

support. Must be able to work with and communicate with a multidisciplinary

team and have knowledge of 12 Step and Harm Reduction philosophies. Applicant

must have valid driver’s license and good driving record. Bilingual Spanish
