Inventory Project Analyst Excellent opportunity to build on your career with a global company who is a leader in their industry! Our client is seeking a high-achieving candidate to join our creative and dynamic organization. You must be exceptionally organized and have excellent communication skills in this role. You will be working on multiple mini projects that are in part of an initiative for the company to keep all facilities pristine. This role is a mix of data entry, inventory management, data analysis, customer management, and process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be involved in understanding pain points of the stores to see what materials are needed. You will communicate these changes to internal departments to build and maintain store level trackers and order for the changes. Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Gathering and collecting information from field store partners for project creation
  • Auditing project readiness in MLX system (internal, web-based)
  • Working as a liaison between the field and cross functional partners to meet all toll gates
  • Calculating how many items need to be ordered
  • Placing labor, outbound, and direct to store orders
  • Monitor inventory depletion and adjust orders as necessary
  • Place re-orders for missing, damaged or additional required materials
  • Provide process improvement suggestions for the projects
This is a 12 month contract opportunity, with potential to extend or convert to direct hire in the Atlanta area for you to gain exposure to the retail world by joining this upbeat, collaborative group! REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in a Project Management, Project Analyst, Project Coordinator or Supply Chain/logistics role
  • Intermediate Excel skills - ability to do VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, and Macros (utilizing Excel daily)
  • Experience executing/juggling multiple projects/inventory
  • Process Improvement (can provide examples)
  • Experience running a project from start to finish (full lifecycle)
  • Experience interacting with cross-functional partners
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and Excellent Organizational skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, Process Improvement, or similar field)

  • Enterprise Experience
