Description A client of ours in Noblesville, Indiana has an immediate need for a VOIP Support Analyst to join their growing team. This VOIP Support Analyst should have experience with Cisco Unified Communication, Unity VoIP Support, and be capable of assisting end users all across North America. This is a long term contract to hire opportunity. If you are looking to utilize your VoIP support knowledge while expanding your career with a growing company, then this might be the role for you!What you get to do everyday• Work closely with end users to insure VOIP system is running a peak efficiency• Troubleshoot issues with Cisco Unified Communications System• Insure tickets are responded to and resolved in timely manner• Support users in time zones across North AmericaWhat you bring to the role• Hands on experience supporting Cisco Unified Communications• Great communication skills• Strong focus on customer service• Thorough understanding of networks• Experience resolving VOIP issues onsite and remotely Requirements - 3+ years of experience supporting VoIP infrastructure or equivalent desktop/server operating systems - Practical knowledge of Cisco VoIP products, SIP, and VoIP installation/maintenance- VoIP hardware and software knowledge to serve as escalation point for handling incidents and service requests related to the application, operating system and other service related problems- Background in one or more programming or scripting language- Superior customer service and end-user support skills- Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request- Possess skill set to successfully analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction- Knowledge of technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Exchange and VMware is a plus- ITIL certification a plus- Possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
