Our world-renowned client is seeking a Project / Program Manager to develop, maintain, manage, and monitor quality, throughput, and budget spend for the Multimedia team's Human Rating System (HRS) tasks on the UHRS platform. This PM will support task owners to migrate their tasks to the unmanaged judge pool successfully and take ownership to manage and maintain any migrated task as part of the team's portfolio. Overview:

  • Partner with the UHRS team to establish and evangelize best practices for scaling tasks globally
  • Create a process for generating a constant stream of gold hits for all team's tasks to maintain a high bar on quality
  • Migrate HRS labeling tasks to the new platform
  • Ensure each task s quality, thoughtful output, and budget spent is tracked within a sort preset threshold
  • Build dashboards that aggregate all data / information in a way that makes it easy to see and manage, easy to flag problems quickly so the team can intervene in a timely manner
  • Stop issues from arising that cost money for data that can t be used
  • Review all processes, track, and make improvements
  • Set the process for continuous gold hits / honey pots judgment examples used to assess judges, accumulate new judgments pipeline, and design the process and how will it scale across all hit apps
  • Work with devs to set up monitoring and how the monitoring and tracking will work
  • Work with actual feature owners who want to migrate to the cloud and set up the process to migrate and communicate how the new hit app can become part of the continuous tracking on the cloud
  • Own features from end to end
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated experience managing programs with varying degree of complexity
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with Quality Management, Features, Apps, and Human Labeling
  • Experience with HRS systems and quality management
  • Knowledge and background in software industry products / services / applications
  • Strong cross-team / group / org collaboration skills
  • Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plans, and mitigate subsequent issues
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail required
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills to all levels
  • Experience working with external vendors (ideally HRS judges)
  • Passion for quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
