As a NetSuite Administrator you will be responsible for end-user support, training, creation of fields, forms, custom records, workflows and saved searches/reports. The Administrator will work closely with the business units to improve business processes using NetSuite best practices and customizations. This position operates under moderate supervision. What Youll Be Doing- Gain an understanding of the business and systems as well as all current processes and procedures
- Technical point of contact for all NetSuite issues, reports, dashboards, other needs and support from the end users.
- Design and implement creative solutions to business problems by leveraging out-of-the-box NetSuite functionality, customizations, scripting, and workflows
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in any ERP/CRM admin role (Salesforce, NetSuite, Dynamics CRM, Other enterprise software platforms)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- NetSuite experience preferable not mandatory
