• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
• Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders, and replaces parts as needed
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs
• Works under general supervision

• 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
• A+ Certification a plus!
• Knowledge of a variety of tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
• Must be able to perform hands-and-feet support for occasional networking and server tasks
• Must have break-fix experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude expected
• Ability to adapt to changes in the environment quickly while learning new processes
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, walk, and stand
• Reliable transportation
• May require an Associate degree or equivalent
