RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Project Manager.Summary: We are looking for an energetic, creative, and motivated individual who can help transform the organization, with the ability to distill complex topics into crisp, clear communications which inspire, engage, and drive action and who will raise the level of that competence across the team. The primary focus of the Project Manager will be to lead the required adoption strategy for the Master Data Management future state of the organization as it is impacted by the IT transformational program.Responsibilities: The PM will work closely with the business to assess organizational/process impacts Lead the development of the adoption plan and execute communication, training and engagement deliverables as required and with the help of available resources on site The PM will assess Stakeholders impacted by project changes, manage the engagement of Stakeholders as well as Leadership and Partner with Master Data Senior Leadership on relevant program updates Will assess organization risk and provide thought leadership in mitigation strategies as well as track the overall adoption/effectiveness of the programREQUIREMENTS: First level University degree or equivalent experience; Advanced University degree preferred Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management training or certification a plus Typically, 10+ years of experience in a business-related function, understanding of Lead to Cash processes is a plus 3-5 years of Process Management experience is a plus 3-5 years Project/Program Management experience is a plus Strong business experience in multiple areas with seasoned project management skills being a plus Ability to lead a team to make an impact at a regional level In depth understanding of core client businesses and the revenue cycle In depth knowledge and understanding of internal business and operational processes to include customer/partner requirements In-depth knowledge and advanced understanding of internal business and operational processes to include customer/partner requirements Superior communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation) leadership and influence skills Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with regional customers/partners and lead To Cash stakeholders to ensure high quality solutions are deployed with high levels of satisfaction Ability to gather and interpret business metrics evaluate actual performance and make recommendations on process improvement in support of achieving targets Ability to analyze data and business problems in detail Knowledge of client's Go-To Market model for Direct and Indirect is a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
