Job Title: Payroll Administration - Implementation Analyst Work Location: - Allentown - PA Duration: 6 Months + Contract to Hire Job Description: Implement solutions to complex clients, following guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations, Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness, Review orders for accuracy and then implement the solution in a very prescribed manner according to guidelines and training, Follow solutions and implementation guidelines as indicated by the client, Work under direct supervision to resolve issues and provide solutions, Remain engaged with client throughout implementation, Interact/collaborate with associates in sales and customer service, Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness and issues as they arise. 2-3 years experience. Payroll professional with 2-3 years of practical payroll administration experience Experience with HR, Time and Attendance, and benefits administrations Project leadership experience managing large, multiphases projects Experience delivering complex SAS solutions to end users End users training Strong Excel and data manipulation skill
