- Understanding and development of business processes and data flows
- Document detailed business requirements related to the business processes
- Conduct detailed analysis between the business requirements
- Understanding gap analysis and assist with development of project artifacts including test plans, business requirements/user stories to create all-inclusive test case scenarios, create test cases to meet functional, integration, system, regression and performance test phases, and document test case results.
- Extensive knowledge of applicable business case management systems, business system analysis techniques, problem solving and testing methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and developing of business rules and process flows
- Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design
- Experience in developing test scenarios and test cases and execution of user acceptance testing
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project
- Agile Testing with Scrum methodology
- MS SQL Server and SQL
- White box testing
- JIRA
- HP Quality Center ALM testing tool
