Candidates need to be STRONG in Data Analysis and also STRONG in Dashboarding (Power BI or QuickSight) Sr. Data Analyst 9+ Months ContractGreensboro, NC (mostly for now and onsite from July/August time frame) Data Analyst profile with technical skills, database skills, and a plus QuickSight or other dashboard reporting tools. Interacts with clients to understand data requirements and transform their questions / concerns into action plans. The roles will require interaction across multiple groups across the organization and global teams. Organizes and manipulate very large complex data sets for data exploration/mining/quality purposes/dashboard purposes, defining recommendations for data cleansing rules. - Confirming the correct data signals are being collected
- Verifying the collected data meets a quality standard
- Recommending data cleansing rules, data quality rating scales back to the product teams
- Identify and contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of group’s Way of Working.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in SQL for data valuation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
- Development background a plus
- Dashboard reporting tools like AWS QuickSight a plus
