Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Product Operationswill be a key member of the marketing organization and will develop, organize, and lead product and training operations for Guardant Reveal. This individual will also help support the development of new product training and be directly responsible for cataloging and leading new materials approvals and content distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create healthcare professional materials and content to support product adoption by oncologists in specific solid tumor market segments
  • Lead the development of relevant training programs for current and future assets
  • Bring strong organization and process skills to the Guardant Health product development, marketing, and medical affairs teams to support the development of ctDNA assets
  • Provide leadership across the marketing organization and partner effectively with key internal stakeholders

About You:

  • You have experience and a deep understanding of how to develop effective training programs
  • You have experience working with marketing to develop new sales and marketing materials and are familiar with regulatory and general compliance requirements
  • You are always actively working to learn more about your internal customers and their functional needs
  • You have an understanding of the clinical oncology space that you can use to effectively support the development of training programs and marketing content
  • You have marketing and/or sales experience in clinical oncology
  • You have product launch experience
  • You have vendor management experience

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of diagnostic or pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Oncology or specialty diagnostic experience is required
  • Demonstrated track record of performance results and influencing business outcomes across diverse functional boundaries
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment and partner with external/internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and planning skills
  • BS/BA Degree in related discipline. Advanced degree preferred (MSc, MBA)
