Senior Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who can pivot with ease supporting stakeholders who work in a waterfall and agile capacity.Key Tasks: Liaison between technical groups and the business Requirements definition and elicitation Ensure requirements are clear, concise, and testable A willingness to provide constructive feedback on projectsREQUIREMENTS: Ability to independently research topics using available tools like SharePoint and other document repositories Ability to recognize and determine whether the changes impact other systems Ability to recognize up/downstream dependencies Organizational skills; Coordination of meeting agendas, minutes, and action items Proficiency in MS Word and Excel MS Visio experience is neededNice to have:Business Analyst Tools: VP ArchiMetric (formerly known as Visual Paradigm) All BA deliverables produced from ArchiMetric Allows BAs to link and trace requirements end-to-end Generates the requirements package (BAPD) Central repository for requirements management and reusabilityBusiness Process Modeling Notation (BPMN): Used to construct process flows to clearly show impact of project (as-is and to-be flows)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
