Business System Analyst

We are searching for a

• Liaison between technical groups and the business
• Ability to interact and handle different groups with competing needs
• Requirements definition and elicitation
• Ensure requirements are clear, concise and testable
• A willingness to provide constructive feedback on projects
• Ability to independently research topics using available tools like SharePoint and other document repositories
• Ability to recognize and determine whether the changes impact other systems
• Ability to recognize up/downstream dependencies
• Organizational skills; coordination of meeting agendas, minutes and action items
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Visio

• All BA deliverables produced from ArchiMetric
• Allows BAs to link and trace requirements end-to-end
• Generates the requirements package (BAPD)
• Central repository for requirements management and reusability
• Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN): Used to construct process flows to clearly show impact of project (as-is and to-be flows)
• Salesforce experience: Salesforce itself, Integration of SF with other systems, Eloqua Profiler, SF Knowledge Content Management, Map Anything, Data Loader, SF Mobile App
