Agile Business Analyst / Project Manager

Agile Project Manager / Business AnalystThe Agile Project Manager / Business Analyst will be working closely with business users, to gather data and dashboard requirements and translate them into technical and design requirements to build scalable, Azure cloud-based analytics solutions. You will be working with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to understand high level business needs and elicit detailed requirements using various methods. You will be responsible for managing the project from inception to completion.

• Perform root cause analysis and develop, quantify and prioritize process and technical solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation and artifacts
• Create User Stories in JIRA
• Use your project management experience to effectively manager the effort
• Write and execute UAT tests
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Attend Agile ceremonies in support of the team

• Participate in activities to support the rollout of the new system(s)

• 6+ years of Business Analysis/Business Systems Analysis/Project Management experience
• 3-5 years of working in an Agile environment
• 2+ years creating User Stories in JIRA
• 1+ years of Project Management
• Have prior UAT experience
• 1 year of project management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence or negotiate with other functional areas
• Are very detail focused
• Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting
• Prior experience gathering requirements for data warehouse or reporting efforts
• Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred
