Marketing Technology Manager The Marketing Technology Manager helps bridge the gap between Marketing strategy and Technology development and execution for specific initiatives and projects across all platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Serving as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital tools
  • Strategy development and implementation of technology/marketing efforts to improve business
  • Change management, including implementation of new technology/marketing rollouts
  • Potentially overseeing training of new technology and user adoption
  • Lead user acceptance testing while correcting any issues that arise
  • Oversee data security and product enhancement
  • Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors
  • Optimizing and managing technology/marketing platforms
  • Working closely with web developers or staff
  • Coordinates and translates technology/marketing objectives, needs and necessary info into detailed plans and deadlines
  • Ensures User Interface/User Experience is logical and functional for smooth user flow
  • Works with vendors to ensure franchisees needs are addressed.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Content management platforms
  • Knowledge of Customer relationship management platforms
  • Knowledge of E-commerce and Experience management software
  • Eye for pleasing UI with a mind for smooth UX
  • Ability to translate strategic initiatives into technology solutions
  • Flexibility and adaptability are key due to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Effectively move forward with strategic initiatives while working with a variety of departments, personalities and goals.
  • Team player and a problem solver who can coordinate project schedules while effectively and transparently maintaining communication on project details.
  • Excellent attention to detail, while proactively fielding team member concerns regarding design and functionality.
Education and Experience:
  • 8-10 years of graphic design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a design or computer science related field
  • Knowledge of various platform capabilities and restrictions.
  • UI/UX Experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Communication and project management skills
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • Agency experience a plus.
