Our client is looking Sales force Admin long term project in Indianapolis, IN . below is the detailed requirements. Job Title : Sales force Admin Location : Indianapolis, IN (Remote) Duration : 12+ Months Job description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 8+ Years of relevant experience.
- Resource will support custom SFDC implementation.
- Addressing tickets loaded into Service Now.
- Sales force Administrator with more than 3 years of experience on Sales force platform.
- Experience with working with Sales force Open CTI, and Five9 would be a big plus.
- Experience with Patient Connect is a plus.
- Experience in Life Science and Health Care industry is a plus.
- Experience as a DevOps engineer.
- Being able to communicate with client and explain production issue and fix.
- Hypercare Process Documentation.
- User provisioning
- Salesforce data modeling
- Capability of debugging Apex code(including triggers) and Visualforce page code.
- Permission Sets and Sharing
- Workbench and Dataloader
- Conga and zPaper experience is a plus
