Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst (Technical)

- Develops and modifies applications and programs per business requirements, following information technology program life cycle (PLC) management methodology and industry best practices
- Analyzes requirements and designs solutions to meet business requirements, and prepares technical design documents
- Conducts design reviews, as needed,Should be able to work with vendors and interpret system documentation.
- Develops or acquires test data and performs unit and system integration tests
- Evaluates and provides support for production and other systems, as needed
- Performs other functions on a need-to basis to support business needs
- Provide expert solutions in the Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules: Core HR, Goals, Performance, Compensation management and Benefits.
- Maintain and Manage Oracle configuration changes in respective HCM application areas and suggest best practices.
- Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud Extract & HCM Cloud Data Loader (HDL) experience is required.
- Work with Business Analysts, Process Owners and End Users to analyze business requirements and support design,configurations and testing.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years ERP /Cloud programming experience.
- 2-4 years Oracle Fusion HCM (Human Capital Management) applications
- Less than 2 years Oracle Integration cloud
- 2-4 years Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules: Core HR, Goals, Performance, Compensation management and Benefits.
- Less than 2 years Oracle HCM Cloud Extract & HCM Cloud Data Loader (HDL)
- Less than 2 years Oracle HCM Rest APIs
- Less than 2 years Taleo and Taleo Client Connect
- Less than 2 years Oracle GSI Global Single Instance experience.
- Provide expert solutions in the Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules: Core HR, Goals, Performance, Compensation management and Benefits.
- Work with Business Analysts, Process Owners and End Users to analyze business requirements and support design,configurations and testing.
- Demonstrate command of developing integrations using Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas, Oracle BI Publisher Reports, Payroll process flows (running multiple Extracts) and Scheduling Extracts.
- Experience in Integrating with Oracle HCM using REST APIs and knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus. Knowledge of GSI (Global Single Instance) and other areas of Fusion Cloud is a plus.
- Good Knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces, and Reports with 3rd party applications.
- Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and propose solutions based on requirements.
- Must possess strong English communications skills; he/she must be able to communicate effectively and discuss task objectives, issues and solutions with colleagues and with individuals from all internal and external client departments.
