We are looking for a Dispatcher/ Office Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, evaluate customer calls, and select the right technician for the job.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment
Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuing proficient, quality customer experiences
Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field
Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress
Maintain accurate customer information in our database
Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for senior management
Meet daily revenue goals by prioritizing the calls properly
Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
Turn our Customers into raving fans!
Qualifications:
At least one (1) year experience as a dispatcher or customer service preferred but not required.
Computer skills - need basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Construction/Industry knowledge is preferred, but not required
Excellent customer service and verbal/written communications skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
