As a member of the Digital Workforce team, you shall be responsible for design, architecture, development and delivery of automation solutions. In this role, you will provide BA/PM support to gather and document requirements from business stakeholders and ensure project team is adhering to project plans and helping to identify and resolve risks/discrepancies.

What You’ll Get to Do:
  • Provide BA support to gather and document requirements from business stakeholders
  • Conduct detailed analyses to draw conclusions, and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations
  • Present findings and recommendations to client leadership
  • Be responsible for supporting the strategy, design, development, and deployment of robotic, cognitive, and workflow automation solutions such as RPA, intelligent document processing, machine learning, chatbots, and low-code/no-code workflow solutions
  • Develop technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large global financial organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs
  • Utilize client-facing skills and develop solid partnerships with the team and client alike, as well as collaborate with others to exceed client expectations
  • Support client engagement teams, work with a variety of clients to deliver professional services, and support business development activities on strategic and complex banking and financial services domains

What You’ll bring with You:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in consulting and/or industry, including technology management and/or development
  • Previous experience working with Robotic Process Automation technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, BluePrism) is strongly preferred
  • Ability to identify and establish the technical implementation requirements
  • Exposure to multiple project management methodologies including, but not limited to Agile and
  • Waterfall Experience in successfully delivering business and technology projects with an understanding of product development lifecycle
  • Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders
