Must have good experience in Service Cloud . Gather and validate business requirements and user stories . Drive workshops with business SMEs and user groups . Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity by collaborating with business groups . Drive decisions on application functionality and collaborate with business SMEs . Focus on Salesforce OOB and configurable functionality to address business requirements . Create Functional Specification documents . Collaborate with development and testing teams to build a quality product . Review test cases and sign off on their completeness and correctness.Vacancy expired!
