Contract to Hire Opportunity The Desktop Support Tech in this position will solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems. Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm shift - may be adjusted 1 hour later or earlier depending on client need and current shift allocation. Overview:
- Computer imaging, AD provisioning via various media
- Software install / re-install (including VMWare)
- New hires provisioning and remote provisioning
- Asset recovery
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience
- A+ certification
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
- Good verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to transform technical IT language into terms everyone understands
- Relatable with customers and impeccable with follow-through
- Not intimidated by problems you ve never seen before - confidence is key!
- Hungry to work hard and hungry to grow your career!
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, and climb and stamina to stand up most of the day
