Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking a Data Analyst.In addition to the role responsibilities defined by the Data Designer job description, this role will be responsible for: Project delivery: lead or support complex data solutions involving cloud implementations, leading the definition of data requirements, data design, batch job impact analysis, and data security; Provide guidance on data collection, management, and analysis IT operations: create a holistic and data-centric approach to shared data solutions and help to solve data-related operational issues and incidents; Help advise teams on how to approach and navigate data-centric projects Workforce: be a team player and support efforts to increase data skills and general knowledge across the BSA Strategy: Provide face off to the Business Data Solutions team, foster an end-to-end understanding of data from operational systems to downstream processing and analyticsREQUIREMENTS: Data skills: model, gather, analyze, cleanse, transform and visualize data Tool experience: scripting languages, advanced Excel, MySQL, Tableau, DataBricks, curated data layer, ETL, data integration frameworks, data modeling tools Basic skills: consulting, collaboration, analytical aptitude, ability to communicate, critical thinking, attention to detail and math skills Data Governance: experience with implementing governance to ensure data integrity, data security, high availability, usability, and trustworthiness Database architectural experience including data lakes Continuous flexibility; Ability to work in multiple different technology stacksKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
