100% REMOTE Our leading healthcare client is searching for a Project Manager with excellent communication, collaboration, and task management skills to join their team.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $75 - $80/hr w2 Responsibilities of the Project Manager: - Manage the enterprise Go to Market (GTM) Launch activities
- Work with leaders and teams to successfully bring products to market
- Help to develop and continuously streamline a GTM methodology
- Execute on new product launching and releases
- Assess risk to develop and execute remediation
Requirements of the Project Manager: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or equivalent
- At least 6 years of project implementation or program management experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role - strong change management
- Demonstrated operational leadership experience in a high-tech company
- Thorough understanding of GTM processes and methodology
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Background in the implementation of RCM and healthcare workflow products
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflow
