My client in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a Technical Recruiter. The main goal is to identify, evaluate, and deliver top talent. You will be responsible for driving hiring managers and candidates through client's selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting, and maintaining outstanding relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large. This position is technically focused so experience with recruiting high level engineers and scientists is essential. Responsibilities

  • Consult with hiring managers to devise effective and efficient solutions for hiring needs.
  • Compete with top technology companies in the Los Angeles market.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer and candidate experience.
  • Reporting and analyzing data on recruitment.
  • Lead mission critical assignments.
  • Excellent communicator able to create value and compelling action on the telephone and in-person with people from all levels of an organization.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies.
  • Advocate and align recruiting with client's 9 Core Philosophies and deep commitment to the client's Culture.
  • You are someone who positively and actively builds relationships.
  • Execute diversity recruiting campaigns, source and create a pipeline of diverse candidates.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter supporting Multiple engineering, Science, Software and Hardware disciplines.
  • Successful experience using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill technical roles.
  • Strong History of Passive Candidate Recruiting.
  • Hunter mentality.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources and Recruiting Software.
  • Solid understanding of state and federal compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Recruiting.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hunter Mentality.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of Technical Recruiter experience preferred.
