Job Title: Change Management Consultant Location: Texas /California Duration: Long Term Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leads the development of Change Strategy with close partnership with IT and Business program leadership.
- Develops and actively manages the program Stakeholder Assessment and Management plan
- Leverages and implements readiness activities for business/functional leaders to understand and support strategic change and prepared them to effectively to lead through transformation. Ultimately creates and owns the Change, Communication and Education plan for the project.
- Provides input to impacts and Organization Readiness for program or area of organization.
- Consolidates Change Impacts and creates associated action plans.
- Manages Communication and collaboration between functional and business teams to drive for alignment at all levels.
- Define a plan to communicate and educate for the different processes and tool changes happening within the Sales Organization.
- Partners with the Business deployment leaders to prepare associated users to have the information they need and are enabled to effectively support transformation related activities.
- Creates a Sustainment Plan so that the changes continue after the project has concluded.
- Aligns change deliverables for program in with and support of key milestones for the program overall.
- Promotes use of best practices and consistent methodologies; ensures business and function teams leverage existing systems, process and approaches, as appropriate.
- Refine resources needs to align with IT changes, submit resource request to vendor and obtain quote, Vendor negotiations and selection, Submit PO request
- Ensures strong partnership with respective HR leaders to engage with associated business and functional leaders in the application of strategic change approaches.
