Join the eXcell team. MAC Desktop Support Tech Onsite Opportunity in San Francisco Position through December 31, 2021, with possible extension.Overview:
- All Mac environment must have experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Mac operating systems and equipment
- Supporting Cyber-approved software management
- Keychain certificate management
- Supporting System configuration and settings
- Supporting large amounts of network settings
- Performing Password resets
- VPN client (CheckPoint Endpoint Security)
- Remote access RSA SecurID App 2FA
- Proxy config and troubleshooting
- Managing access exceptions (e.g. GitHub SSH, Slack, Gmail)
- AD Group management
- New computer setup and troubleshooting
- General onboarding / offboarding support
- 3 plus years of on-site desktop support within an enterprise environment
- Proficiency with Mac equipment and operating systems
- Excellent end user support skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in AD management
- Experienced with installation of new equipment
- Experienced with network troubleshooting settings
- Certifications are a plus but not required
- Must have reliable transportation, will be traveling from one site to another
- Must have valid DL and clean MVR
